​Our clients did the design work on their home. He is a retired engineer and he drew the building plans himself. He also is a wonderful woodworker and elected to finish the daylight basement himself. They are from the east coast originally and elected to set a Cape Cod cottage style home right here in Harbor and it fits perfectly on the hillside. The home has a wonderful traditional feel to it with wood floors, custom wood staircase and wood trim throughout.
